well it would be called GM Story and you play as a gm and in the text box you can type !spawn <monster name> from a limited list of monsters
and you can get all the GM skills (F2)

I WOULD LOVE THAT BETTER YET GAME THAT U CAN PLAY IT ONLINE SORTA AND THEN HAVE ALL TH EKSILLS OF YORU CLASS BUT YOU ALSO GET TO CHOSE YOUR ARMOR (skygar9-3)

sounds cool. though then private servers might not be created because people would experience being a gm (eek)
