So seriously? Viacom sued youtube for 1 billion dollars for a while ago, and now they're bringing it in front. There's been ongoing discussions regarding this but it doesn't seem to have hit the newspapers.

if anything the use of copyrighted material is promotion. they sue because they think they should make money for everything thats theirs used in a video. if anything the use is promotion and it causes people to want to go spend more money on their media or products.....to put it in the words of carlos mencia, viacom=DEE DUH DEE
