Need help with flash game..

Hi guys, I need help... How do I make damage on monsters and levels and exp and inventory and all these stuff?
On movement and monster I saw a tutorial, but the only thing is that I need the bar, skill book, stats, etc...
Please..
Would be great if you'll teach me that via skype :D
