Question about sig and pic?

I'm sorta new to MapleAnime and I'm wondering how to add animation to my picture. I also don't know how to use an image in my signatures. Can someone help?

you can use this simulator to make them http://maplesim.com
and use paint photoshop paint.net or gimp to make it 90px~110px
