i think nexon should sue, this means, quickly shut down your website and server and then this happens:

1. you dont have to pay 100,000 dollars in damages

and 2. you dont have to go to jail.

so nexon should go ahead.

Dealing with pservers is not that easy
There are more than 100 pservers working and those downed is try to revived the servers or edit them.
You need a freaking lot of patience and teamwork to wipe out the pservers completely

Theres alot of Pserver sites that go to Nexon.com some dont but those are the ones on hidden webstites


Also some online game is ok with private servers, because the main game is so popular, only total noobs go on thats ps

i dont know if you people know about this, but if nexon does not win the case, some maple private servers will be stated as LEGAL

i dont care about this since i am in both comminutys (GMS, KMS, EMS, MSEA and Pservers)

I heard from my friend that he saw on the private server's forum said the maker of FarmerStory has a friend in Nexon and that Private server wouldn't be shut down.
Is that true?

I doubt private servers will be down any time soon.
Nexon and Wizet can't afford to have their employees looking for private servers and sueing the people or telling them to shut it down because they won't be able to find every single private server. Some private servers aren't even public yet.
