Right now I'm negotiating with sponsors, they are interested, and many of them are asking for a price, but I don't know how much my game is worth, so I'm in a weak position. To rectify that, I'm waiting until another sponsor gives me an offer then pretty much auction it off.
You can download it, but it requires an internet connection so you can communicate with my database.ongdeet wrote:1 question can i download pirate fury and play it offline??
I already know of a way and had it working before I thought of the online database, but that kind of makes the whole online version with highscores redundant if people are simply going to download it. All the monsters, backgrounds and NPCS are already in the game itself, the server doesn't handle any of that, which is the reason why the file is so large.jonlin wrote:lol, because by saving you send data to his DATABASE which you need to acces through the internet, so he would have to find a way to let your computer save the info for your character on your comp. also, he would have to make the game bigger than before to download so that all the npcs and monsters and backrounds were there. atleast i am pretty sure those are some reasons, monty correct me if im incorrect lol.
