Vista Security 2011 HELP!

Alright, as most of you (maybe) know there has been a virus going around installing itself to computers and laptops. Mine got tagged. I've been trying to find ways to get rid of it for 3 days now, I can't get it off, and I really need my laptop for things.
Things to read before helping, if you please:
-Whatever it is, it needs to be able to be used for a Windows Vista laptop (ran into that trouble earlier).
-It needs to be absolutely 100% free, not scan is free but taking the virus out costs money. I don't have it.
-Malwarebyte/Anti-Malware is total sht for me. It doesn't work. I've gotten the scan done twice, and removed all viruses (full scan) twice, and the virus is still lingering.
-If it is a program, I want you to be sure that it isn't just a fake thats going to make the situation even worse (I know those programs are out there.)
-I need a guide that is 'How to get rid out Vista Security 2011 for dummies,' yeah I need it. So no super tech person talk. This needs to be broken down basically.
-If the program thing that you give me the link to has a possibilty that it will get rid of some files (even if that is low) tell me, so I can save them on a jumpdrive (ex. pictures, documents, Paint Tool Sai)
-Give me a link please, not just go to google type this in a you should find it; that doesn't always work.

Alright if I have any other issues please help me, I'm not a superperson that knows everything about computers.

*If you're wondering how I am typing this right now (because Vista Security 2011 blocks off the internet so you can't find a way to rid of it), it's because I used 'Run as administator' that is the only reason, without it I couldn't.*

Oh, another thing, please don't ask me where I got the virus, because I really have no clue.

if you dont make a account or use proper grammar ect..... they will not take you seriously.
i get plenty of help from these guys all the time and strongly recommend them.
if steve is on he will answer fast.
some times if they dont know you it make take a few days but they know their crap and are good.
very friendly for all ages.
if your curse or act a fool they will kick you out with the fastness.
