Maplestory Accounts Trading

I was just wondering about Buying, Selling, and trading maple accounts. When you buy maplestory accounts, do you buy them with nx cash, real cash(OMG), or maple mesos. Also, I was wondering how to make the trading safe. Making sure you wouldnt get ripped off... !!!!!!!!!

And also one question... Is it worth Buying/Selling/ Trading Maplestory acc.???
