Making Signatures and avatars using IaMP and SWR sprites

I recently got the sprites and portraits from IaMP and SWR (The first two touhou fighting games)and I am deciding to make signatures and avatars with them.Pm for a link to any one of these character's profiles,and which game you want (Some are in both,some are only in one.)The reason I am giving their profiles is for you to see what they are like,and if you'd like them to be in your avatar/signature.

I had to use paint,photoshop wasn't working.

How about mediafire.com? Free, fast, big file sized supported even free, etc... There is some ads though, if you care about that. I upload the mp3 files for the maplesoundtrack channel there :O Then there's box.net - You need to sign up tho.

Nope. Mediafire = Free to register, and i'm not sure - but i'm guessing free users limit for each file is about 1 GB.
