It would take a person with half a brain to think that is a joke. No, that is me trying to see if someone can give me tips on ways to make comics with Paint, currently my image editor of choice. (Photoshop is too expensive.)

Anyways, I would say it would be a well done comic if it had a joke, unless you make serious comics, then you wouldn't need a joke . . .
When I used to make comics I also used paint. It isn't the best, but it works ^.^
