I agree that it is a nice game.However,the monster in the game is not a Neo Tokyo boss.He is a lv. 100 boss located at the top of Taipei 101.

hey.. the boss hp can be changed using cheat engine, really.
scan 8mil
you should get 4 address
then u hit it and see which one changes
u change it to 0 and u hit the boss.
bingo, the boss dies in just 5-10 sec
