you would have to fight a snack bar boss which is really tough and i recommend staying under the boss as u take less dmg!

first talk to winry then talk to her again and lcick accept then you will go to this palce where you will see a snack bar stand on it and the monster will appear and kill it i recoomand you using advanced homing ,octupus,+octupus and err i forgot the bird one. :)
