I do, but it's hardly anything since I don't cater for almost 3,000 members (Like Mapleanime), with posting abilities & a whole flash & download section. I can't answer for Gillian, since I don't have any real information about him, although he has implied that he pays out of his own pocket.

Yes, it's download-able, but it still requires an internet connection so you can load & save

Just chuck it all into DEX by pressing the blue button next to the DEX value.
