It's fixed; trust me. I even logged onto your account twice to test it. You need to start the quest again. Check the quest log.

the lv 190 quest to kill a fish boss why dosn't it die =.= i spam alot bulllet like crazy and no die at all

this is for the guy the cant kill the boss. u just summon ur support octopus and octopus+ gravinota, then u just keep holding the rapid fire bullets but make sure ubuy lots of hp and mp stuff + bullets!

just summon ur helping stuff like support octopus(highly recommended) and gravinota+ octopus(not good at atkking so just use support octopus and gravinota) and spam rapid bullets but make sure u buy lots of hp and mp stuff as well as the very last bullet or also known as eternal bullet
