Maplestory

my friend say that after downloading maple and trys to activate it,there is sound but no image.And it says ''out of range''.what can i do to solve this problem?

Virus scan it, clean it, clear all the unwanted processes at startup, close firewall and other apps while playing.

If it still doesn't work there's no other soloution but to upgrade it or buy a new computer ( I suggest buying a new one )
