Maplestory error has stopped working (black ciph3er)

ive been playing maple on and off for a while and recently i got back on and realized a new hack shield called "black ciph3r" which seems to be causing problems for me when i start it up it hack shield loads then when it gets to black ciph3er it says "maplestory has stopped working". please can someone tell me how to fix this without formating my entire computer?
