Any possible way to be a GM in Maplestory?

GM's like... Ban one person a year. Or maybe even longer than that, o-o

once I used a smega, then a GM named "NetheScania" came. He only stayed for like, 5 seconds then logged off.

Once I saw a message saying "[I forgot his name] has been sent on a vacation. Good bye!" then people started saying "WOO FINALY A GM BANNED SOMONE"

AND once, I was happily walking along in henseys when a hideous creature did 11,000 damage to me. A GM must have summoned it!

Well, I believe that your experience in the field of your job and Maplestory is worth being made into a GM.
But, hiring or recruiting GM's is a tedious process. First and foremost, before I explain, I am not 100% clear about this information, for the Nexon site has been update numerous times, and also some of this is hearsay.

Firstly, there should be a GM Recruitment Section on the Nexon site.
I believe you have to have a clean slate (good player history- fancy for no-scamming, hacking, rude awakenings [reports from others] foul language)
But the chances of being hired a quite slim. *Here's the hearsay part: People say that if you have more experience in the Nexon Forums, you have a better chance to be hired.

No you do not pay for to be a GM it is A JOB you do not event all you want you do not smega all you want you do what the company tells you. You think it is like a fun job well the reality it is hard like hell you have to catch hackers before they cc you have to make sure no scams no lies no glitches going only event on a time the company tells you. you need a degree on getting the job you have to be 20+ not 10+.

I certainly played Maplestory long enough, and I think I should be a GM on the game. I heard random people get picked to do it sometimes, but I think I would certainly make a good GM. I know I kind of sound noobish, but is there anyway to be a GM? I attempted to try to get myself to be a GM, but they all failed. Any ideas? Oh, and I also play on Global, just to say.

B) actually, being below level 35 would be BAD because, i mean come on, you need to be EXPERIENCED
