Hi, i downloaded the WinRAR and extarced it, then i dont know what to do to open the program

You open a zipped file or a file that needs winrar to open. You can zip files and folders by right clicking on them and choosing one of the options with the book icon.

Maybe you didn't get the latest version of WinRAR.
