Help on flash games

Every game i try it doesnt work?
and i want to try noob to pro thingy and it shows a white screen with a little picture box and i dont know what to do Please help

Don't double post.
Be sure to have Flash 9 or higher installed. (10 is recommended)

Hi,
I think you must update your flash player with 9 or any updated version.So that your all games have been worked only that updated version of flash.
If you do not have any updated flash player version tell me i will give you.
