it only appears on certain topics for some reason i dont know what it does cause im afraid to use cause i found this on the topic how i got banned for 1 week

aaand i'm guessing, you don't know what it's for?
It shows up in old topics sometimes that perhaps haven't been posted in
pressing that makes it go back to the top of the chat section for others to look at it again.

well some times i get to my emails late like today cuz i got a billion of them.
what i try and do for now is go through every topic for the date before today.
easy just see every topic that was posted on for that date and open the new ones.
i still dont get the bump thing i like posts better im use to it
