its called Jump Ultiamate Stars
they put Anime characters to fight and combos and crap
there are over 30 animes in the game

For the DS, and maybe some other consoles.
Too bad it's in Jap, can't make out a word out of it, but looks fun.
Downloaded the ROM, but I couldn't beat the wall...
