Avast! going crazy?

When I downloaded a Innocent Key album,Avast! said it was a virus and deleted it.I always scan my downloads first for Trojans\Viruses,and the IK was clean.
Can anyone help me?

Maybe it's like that?
If you really want it you have to turn your anti virus off.
