Actually, but simply again due to limited knowledge, most people are either forced to catch or kill Snorlax (Which is a 1 Time Only Pokemon.) Thus meaning 1 time pokemon should be prospered and never released or traded due to their specialty, playing roles as legendarys but, not exactly as appeared as high level or with a complicated moveset or set ability.

Anyhow, it is possible in the Fourth generation games that Munchlax could evolve into a Snorlax, making Snorlax quite common and not a 1 time pokemon like so in Pokemon Fire Red for the Gameboy Advanced.
