Maple Maiden Project Profiles. Profile #1: Zaylo

Hello everyone! Co-writer of the Maple Maiden Project here.
I've been put in charge of creating profiles for all of the touhou and maple characters in our story. So let's begin!
Full Name
Unknown. Goes by Zaylo. Was given the name from Gillian.
Race
Human. Though he takes great pride in being human, he is a former vampire slayer. Strangely enough he has made friends with quite a few vampires and other unholy creatures.
Age
By looks he is about 16. However it is hinted multiple times that he has lived longer then this, probably from some use of a medicine or some sort.
Job
He is currently the "Eye of the Guardians." Which is his rank in a small but dominant league of protecters, "Maple's Protection Project." He is also a former vampire hunter, and an infamous one amoung vampires at that. He quit after losing his friend and ex-partner, Sakuya.
History
Though he's forgotten much about his past, the fact that he's a vampire hunter seems to be a topic he remembers. What caused such heavy amneisa is unknown. He was discovered by Gillian. Though exactly how two people with such different personalities became friends a theory is out amoung Maple's residents. In this theory, a long time ago there was a mass slaughtering in Kerning City, when a group of protesters randomly died. When Gillian, the leader of the police force at the time, approached the scene, he saw various wounds in the people but no blood shed. After weeks of investigation Gillian tracted a suspect into the sewers. The suspect, thinking Gillian was a threat and attacked. Gillian defeated him remotely easily and discovered that the suspect was a boy with control over blood and fire. The protesters had thought he was a product of the devil and had wanted to kill him. Gillian forgave the boy as he was attacking within the realms of self-defence. Finding out as well that the boy had forgotten his memory, Gilliam gave the boy the name Zaylo.
Personality
Zaylo has an obessession of fighting powerful enemies and is often caught letting people fight him, with him not using his weapons as this is a "challenge" His skills shouldn't be doubted, and he is also quite insane in battle. Strangely this changed to a well mannered person outside of battle. Due to his violent nature he often scares girls who he likes.
Powers
Though unknown how he gained these, his powers are domination of fire, (Control of heat and fire) as well as blood (Control over blood).In terms of blood he uses it to create weapons though the main one is a broadsword that gets bigger the more blood there is. He can also change sheer magical energy into blood. But that is only able to be used by touching or wounding someone. Furthermore, by controling blood he heals remarkably fast. As also as a skilled magician he can change the properties in fire or blood to make it the other. Was also born with extremely high magic sensetivity.
