I appeared as my new character on maple story, called caelin, and was amazed at the place I started in! I mean, it was suprising appearing on a 50 foot high ledge with no way off it. Since there was only one other person, I went up to talk to them. “What am I doing up here like this?” I asked her.

Then the person replied, “ You are on Maple island where all new characters start. I am here to introduce you to Maple story and invite you into the training camp. Would you like to go into training camp?”

I replied, “Sure why not.” and followed the girl, also known as maya through a door.

When i got in I saw signs telling me where to go. First they lead me to a neat conveyor belt where i climbed up and it pulled me along past a few videosthat were showing. Then I decided to look back for a little bit at a video thats was cool, when I saw another boy, climbing onto the belt. I decided to meet up with him so I jumped down off of the conveyor belt and ran up to him. When I got close to him I saw he had decided to have brown 'rebel' hair as oppossed to my black 'rebel' hair. When I got close enough to talk to him, I said “Hello. Whats your name, mine is Caelin.”

Then the boy looked up and I saw he had chosen the same black 'male 2' eyes as me and he replied “Hi, Caelin my name is austin. What class are you going to be? I am going to be a bowman.”

Then I replied, “I think I will be a warrior. Wanna be freinds, austin?”

Austin said sure and we started off into camp together as austin added me to his buddy list. Then we went through training together, each finishing the sample quest and leveling up. After we put up our stats, we continued on and did peter's hunting quest. “Man this is pretty fun!” I thought.

After we both finished camp we went out and started the sam's suggestion quest. We went to kill snails and we went onto a snail crowded edge, two level 4's versus 30 snails! We both started by atttacking twice 'slash!' 'swipe!' 'stab!' 'slice!' then we took their shells and used our snail shell throw skill to kill 2 more each when austin swooped in to pick up the shells that the newly killed snails dropped i went in and started slashing and stabbing and slicing like a crazed warrior. Then austin finshed the last 8 with a few quick snail shell bursts.

We both then relaxed and picked up one of the weird hats 2 snails dropped each and put them on. All of a sudden we felt slightly lighter and realized these were independence day hats that increased how high you can jump. Finally, we split the mesos beetween us and I gave austin most of the snail shells, then we went of to see mai.

On our way to mai we put up our stats from the levels we both gained when we battled the snails. When we got to mai she gave us experience points and mesos as a reward , which made us level sixes.

Ch 1

As Austin and I walked down the road to Amherst, we were ambushed by an orange mushroom! As I charged in and started to attack, 4 more appeared blocking us off from any escape! Austin and I went back to back and I said “I will charge the one in front of me and you distract the others!”

Then, as I charged at the mushroom in front of me, it got sliced in two! Behind it i saw a boy with blonde rebel stnading, a fruit knife in hand. Then he tossed me another fruit knife when he saw I had a weak weapon, and said “you will need a stronger weapon to fight these monsters.”

As I slashed one mushroom then austin finished it with a quick snail shell, connor attacked another one but 2 mobbed him from behind! Then austin shot one off and down with three short snail shell bursts, I sliced clean through the other one with my new fruit knife. “phew!” said the boy, who had black 'male 1' eyes “That was close! Hi, nice to meet you I'm connor, and I will be a warrior! Who are you?”

Then I replied “I am Caelin. Thank you for helping us, I am going to be a warrior too.”

Then Austin said “Hi thanks for helping us, I am Austin nice to meet you connor.” As he wiped off some sweat, “ That was suprising!”

Now that we were done introductions, I payed connor 1000 mesos for the knife and we started down the road to amherst again, puttin up our stats as we had gained 2 levels each. When we were about halfway there it occured to me 'why did those monsters gang up on us?' so I repeated the question outloud. Then connor replied “I have no idea, but I do know that cheif lucas gave me an order to go out and help any people having trouble when I finished one of his quests.”

Now I really wondered, what made the monsters do that? And as I was about to ask connor if he knew Anything about it when I looked back ,about to ask and I saw a cloud of dust! We all looked back and saw a bunch of monsters, orange mushrooms, stumps, slimes and red snails. I think there were 5 of each type, chasing her! When I looked closely it looked like a boy with black bald hair. Also, the monsters behind him looked blank eyed as if they had been brainwashed!

We decided to help him and started running in,I took the left, connor took the right and austin behind us. When we were in range austin loosed a quick 3 snail shells and took out a stump, then continued to hold them back as we charged in. I sliced clean through one red snail then slashed back and killed another. Austin finished the last one off with a single shell, and connor took out 2 more. Then the boy said “thanks”, turned around and shot 10 snail shells.

Then when he finished that, it was the 4 of us, connor and I in front and austin and the boy behind, there were 3 stumps, 2 mushrooms, no snails and 1 slime. Austin took out the slime, the boy took out a mushroom, I killed another mushroom thats was already weakened from austin and connor killed a stump with a quick 'slice!' 'stab!' finally we turned to the last two stumps, and austin and the mysterious boy killed them.

Now he was safe, the boy introdudced himself “Hello and thank you for saving me. My name is ray and I plan to be a dagger theif!”

Then introductions went around and he joined us, and would you guess that from al this adventuring we were level 10 now! We put up our stats and hurried to southperry, only stopping in amherst for the chair quest and when we got to captain shanks we payed him 150 mesos each, and got on board the ship.

When we gto back to land connor threw up, because that was his first time on a ship and we all took the taxi's to our respective towns to get our jobs, I was supporting connor as he was still feeling sick and we had the same town. Then we went to the potions shop and got a potion for his stomach before doing the job advancement. When we got to the top of perion and went in dances with balrog's home, therewas a note on his chair saying: “sorry I am not here, check the war camp in orbis to find me.” then beside the note there was a pile of tickets for going to orbis or coming back.

Ch 2

Connor and I each took a few tickets from the pile next to the note and took the taxi to ellinia. When we got there we saw austin and ray and met up with them. It turned out that they had all seen the same thing in their respective towns! We figured something really big was happening and it had something to do with the monsters mobbing people on maple island, so we went to ellinia station to go to orbis.

When we got there, the attendant was saying across a loudspeaker: “there is a new train for all begginers level 15 and under! This is because of the situation in orbis with” we missed the name because of a trains horn “so please give us your tickets and get on!”

When we got on the train it was just about to leave, and the train took 5 minutes to get to orbis so it all went pretty fast. When we landed we saw a sign saying war camp this way<-- so we followed it and a few other signs until we came upin a smoking ruin where, according to the signs, the orbis tower used to be.

Around the ruins there were camps in various colours, brown- the warriors green-the magicians purple-the theifs and red-the bowmen. When we went to our respective camps to advance in our jobs we all got lost until a guide came up to us and said “Looking for the class leader? Right this way.”

When we got to the tents our respective leaders made us a bowman/theif/warrior, the sent us to the outfitters tent. We all met up again at the outfitters ten and went inside. When we went inside and walked up to the counter the person behind it said “First time here and looking for armor?”

When we all nodded the person said “Well, since the war started equipment is free so come and get maxed scrolled armor for your class.”

Once we had picked out armor and weapons,the person directed us to the registration camp. When we got there, the person behind that desk said “Ok are you all one group? If so please sign up to make your party-squad here” she hands us papers “I see you have room for 2 more in your squad. Well you will be assigned a group leader if none of you reach lvl 30 or get more members by next week.”

As we digested what she had just said and filled out the papers we talked about it. “I wonder who is causing all this?” said austin

“Yea” We all agreed

“Well how about we go train and stuff to get stronger so we dont have to get a 'group leader'.”
Ray said.

Just as we were agreeing we heard a “CCRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAASSSSSHHHHHH” and lots of yelling.

“RAISE THE ALARM THE MONSTERS ARE ATTACKING!!!!!!!”

Ch 3

As our new group ran towards the sound a voice said “Squads 1,5,19,50,86, 97 and 135 Go to the scene of the attack! That is Squads 1,5,19,50,86,97 and 135 to the incident on the west side of the elinnian camp!”

We all looked at the paper we had just completed and saw that written in bold across the top- was the number- 135 “Since that is us lets go quick!” said ray and then we ran off.

When we got there we were amazed to see the 6 top players- FangBlade Novinha Korwyn Starlightzz currishot and LoOpEdd -there! Then we realized this must be the squad #1 and calmed down. As we looked forward we saw just about 900 monsters and realized this was why they had called in 7 squads- 2 pros - 1 pretty damn good – 1 new to the pros – 2 that are inbeetween – and one noobs. Then we looked forward again and saw what the monsters were made up of- a few stone golems like I had heard were in the guild quest, about 150 crimson balrogs, 200 jr.balrogs, about 350 crocodiles and 200 axe stumps.

Squad one skipped past all but the crimson rogs and the golems from the guild quest. They killed a few of the balros to get past them and then started battling the stone golems. Squad 5 started on the balrogs, 19 and 50 went on the junior rogs, 86 and 97 went against the crocodiles and we, the noobs were left with the axe stumps.

We focused in on our monsters and went in against them. First connor and I charged in front with ray slightly behind holding his new weapon, and austin running up behind us, firing arrows the whole time. At first connor and I just slashed and sliced with power strike. Then we leveled and started to hold them off with slash blast. In the end it looked like they were endless when we had killed nearly a hundred each, and just as we were about to run out of potions, Austin looked around from on our shoulders to see how many were left, and he said “ Hey, there are only about 20 left!”

This gave us new energy and we sallied forth, ray slashing stumps to bits with his dagger, connor and I power-striking them, and austin shooting tons of arrows. Suddenly there were only 2 left, and a magic claw finished them off. “HUH?!?!?!?!?!?!” We all said

Then we turned around, and out of some smoke we saw a boy.

Ch 4(redone)

We just stared at the shape of the boy as it got closer, then austin yelled "who are you?" at the boy.

Then we heard the boy reply "I am chase and I will be your doom." then the boy, who we briefly saw, was holding a bow that had two swords attached to each end, disepeared.

As we were suprised and took a step back each, we noticed that 6 ilbi's were floating in midair and directly above them there was a warning written in blood on a floating piece of paper the warning said. 'run away from this war or this is what will happen.'

Then the ilbis multiplied to equal one per every person except for the bottom three groups. Suddenly the ilbis sped off towards the members of other groups.

They killed groups number 19 and 50 but the other two groups destroyed the ilbis flying towards them. Then suddenly i lost conciousness and the last thing i saw was a monkey running away wwhile the last thing I heard was a maniac laughing "kekekekekekekkekekekekkekekekekekekekekekekeekekkekekekekkekek......."

CH 5!

when i woke up i was back in the tent with my frends now lvl 30 like me,connor the fighter, me the page, austin the hunter,and ray the bandit. i asked them "what happened????"

Then ray said "the evil classmaster chase attacked and now a lot of the squads are dead!"

I then replied " whats a classmaster?"

At this point austin said "a classmaster is someone who has reached lvl 200 and been reborn for every class and has the best abilities for everyclass so they are the most powerful person on maplestory and only chase has ever done that! the problem is that makes him the most powerful person on maplestory! plus he can control monsters so instead of attacking us himself he just has to send monsters! also he has a pet monkey that is a nightlord lvl 200 and you saw there special ability earlier with the stars."

"omygoshwhatdowedohowdowebeathimzomg!" was my reply then i calmed down. "so why is he attacking orbis?"

At this point connor spoke up and said "well he realizes that there is a prophecy of this happening and that when it does 4 more masters of one class that had the ultimate class ability will appear to save us 2 years after chase turns evil. The prophecy also said that this would happen in orbis if it was still standing at that time. Because of this the classes all got together and are now defending orbis. chase did not learn of the prophecy until one of the people on his buddy list told him about it the day after all maplers came to orbis all of chases buddys were gone the next day. now chase is attacking orbis to make sure the prophecy cannot be fullfilled. the prophecy said that these four woud come at first as noobs lvl 10 but train up to lvl 201 and become the best of their class. they would be a bandit a page ahunter and a fighter."

"ohmanthatsoundslikeusomigoshwatdowedoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaigtgbb!!!!!!!!"i said and then fainted again.

oooo on the homepage put in a fanfic section, like you know how you have flash games and downloads, and post the fanfic chapters there.

Actually Zaylo originally wrote a fanfic that caused gilly to make a fanfic section.. I came to the site originally to read it and started posting more... then I wanted to see if I could do better. Thus resulted a noob's life.
