The Ranger of Chaos-Harbinger of Doom Part 2 Ch2

Two hours after the events of chapter one.

The team was all together. We met in Henesys as usual. We sat at the kitchen table in Drake's house with a map set on the table. We were going to look all over the world for these people.

"Alright I'll take Ally, Brandon, and Nick. Drake you take Azure, Alice, and Zeno. You guys can search Ariant, Mu Lung, and Ludi. We'll take Victoria Island, Orbis, and we'll meet in Leafre." We had met up with Zeno on the way back from Ellinia and he wanted to come with us. We split up and went our separate ways. We decided to start our search in Henesys. We would then move around each town until we went back to Sleepywood in the middle of the island.

Three days later

"Oh god........oh my god......we're gonna die...." We had decided to go to Ludi first...we didn't know what awaited us. We had traveled into the lair of Papulatus to see if we could find any clues but as we tried to search the lair....the beast awoke. Alice wouldn't calm down even though I knew we could handle it. We had Zeno distract him while Azure, Alice and I fell back to try to calm Alice down.

"Dang it Alice pull yourself together! We're gonna get killed if you don't calm down and help us fight!" I wasn't really ever the best with handling people. Alice kept freaking out until Azure couldn't take it anymore and just knocked her unconcious. We hid her body safe from the beast's view.

"Uhh...guys? I could really use some help here...you know when you get the chance?" Papulatus had Zeno backed into a corner and raised a gigantic fist to finish him off.I sprinted towards Zeno and blocked the incoming fist. Zeno escaped and got behind Papulatus and just poured arrows into him. That distracted the beast enough for me to focus all of my energy into one single strike. While Azure and Zeno pounded on him with bullets and arrows I sat charging my mana into my one sword. Papulatus was about to crush Zeno and Azure when I had finished charging. I dashed for the beast and cut him straight vertically. Unfortunately I had missed Papulatus and just destroyed the clock body. With some quick thinking Azure fired a single bullet right into the monstrosity's brain finishing him off. We uncovered Alice's body and went to search more.

We had searched all the cities on Victoria Island but nothing came up. We decided to board the for Orbis, in hope that it would yield better information. We didn't know how wrong we were. After a day or so of asking around Orbis we decided to head to the frozen city of El Nath. We went through Orbis tower which reminded me eerily of Fangblade's lair. I began to think back to when I killed him. Had I done the right thing? Had I truly saved all of humanity from his evil, or was it for my own personal gain? These thoughts tore at me the whole time throughout the journey to El Nath. We searched around the city for about a day then dedcided to go to an inn and rest for the night. The next day we were to head for the Dead Mine, lair of Zakum.

P.S. The chapters will most likely be longer now because I will tell both about Drake's story and Synn's story. Drake's part is on the top while Synn's is going to be on the bottom.

NO CHOBBI YOU ARE NOT THE EVIL GUY! i have the story all planned out and idk when ima put u in hob. but u might be in ch 10 jonlin. idk it depends on how i wanna put the time frame. i wanna include a zakum fight soo u might be in ch11 when the party meets up in leafre. u and jona are an epic pally team lol. ur actually one of the more important characters in the story O.o
