Chapter 6

I had a dream that night, a dream that I would not forget. In this dream a very old man appeared before me, and that old man started to talk to me in my dream.

“Hello, future paladin master Caelin. I have been waiting for a chance to talk with you. I would like to introduce myself, I am the keeper of the peace. I have come to warn and inform you of the seer of all's actions. The seer of all was once a god who acted in harmony with me, and kept peace in Maplestory. Then he saw a chance to become supreme ruler of maple in one of his visions, and visited the current Corrupt Classmaster Chase in his dreams when he was as noobish as you are now. When the seer of all visited the current CCC he gave him a special pass which he had poured most of his energy into. He gave the current CCC a Pass which gave him a special ability to level, multiplying all the experience he got by 100 000! using this Pass, Chase got to level 202 easily, multiple times of course. After he got this powerful, he had to listen to the seer of all because of the fact the the seer had given him the passes. Now, the seer is using him to take over Maplestory! I need you to helpme take down the seer and Chase, So I am giving you, the chosen ones, 4 Special Passes to train and unlock your inner potential. The red one is for Austin, the black one is for Ray, the blue one is for Connor and the gold on is for you, Caelin. Use them wisely and unlock you inner potential!” Every time I tried to speak during this I was stopped from making noise, and once the old man handed me he passes, he disepeared.


Chapter 7
*I redid this a bit to improve it if anyone is wondering
When I woke up in the infirmiry I at once went to tell the others about the dream, and found 4 passes in my back pocket. The four passes were red, black, blue and gold. I was a bit creeped and ran immediatly to our group's tent, which was on the far side of camp from the infrimiry. I used the skill nimble feet to run and put up my stats and skills, as I was level 19 at that moment. Once I got to our tent, which I hadn't been in yet, I was suprised. Inside the tent there was a kitchen,which smoke was coming out of, a bathroom, and a bedroom. I went to the bedroom and found Austin and Ray sleeping. There was a list on the wall which read Cooking duty – Connor and then I realized what the smoke was from. First I woke up Ray and Austin and then went to stop Connor from burning down our new tent.

After I explained my dream and gave the passes out, we discussed what the passes might do. We all agreed in the end that the passes probably gave us more experience like the seer's pass. We were all pumped up and ready to try them out so we all headed off to the training hall. Once we got to the training hall we found out that there were two types of training – PvP and simulation. In PvP or player versus player we chose a partner and then sparred with them, this type was mainly for warriors. In simulation you fought and hunted monsters in a controlled enviroment, there were two types of simulation – team and individual. Ray and Austin decided to do a team simulation, and Connor and I sparred.

As Ray and Austin Walked off to do their simulation, connor asked me “Caelin, am I using a dull weapon or my normal weapon?”

“Well, lets go into the preparation rooms and see if they provide the dull weapons. If they don't, we will spar with our real weapons, ok?” I answered.

“Okay, although for you it doesnt really matter if you use a practice weapon since your hammer doesn't have points anyway.” Connor replied. Then we went into the preparation room and were suprised. Inside the Preparation room there was just some vests that were to help protect yourself and a note on the wall saying 'train like your life depends on it or your training is useless.' signed by Dances with Balrog.

“Huh, Thats cool” said Connor. Once we got into the training area we saw a few other pairs sparring and found a spot to spar.

“So, how do these passes work?” asked Connor.

“I dunno, we will have to test it out and see.” I said and then launched into an attack, bringing my mace down at Connor. Connor brought his shield up to block, then stabbed towards my chest. I quickly knocked it away with my shield, spinning and aiming for Connor's side. Connor blocked this with his sword and pushed his shield straight for my chest, but I managed to knock his shield out of his hand, at the cost of mine. We then faced off, each with a one handed weapon, as we werent strong enough to wield a 2 handed yet, and charged. I aimed for his head but he knocked it away and started to slice towards my chest. I managed to dodge by twisting, and brought my mace down on his left side. Connor was immediatly knocked to the ground, and I felt myself gaining several levels as my gold pass glowed.


Chapter 8
“Woah, I think I just gained 4 levels!” I exclaimed.

“Wow, your pass is glowing in you pocket!” Connor said in awe.

“Well, now we know what they do!” I said “Connor you attack me this time.”

We continued sparring for the rest of the day, and by the end both of us were glad to be finished, and also were level 100 because of the passes. We were ectastic with all of our new skills, and even happier when we found out that Austin and Ray had similar results and were the same level as us. We stocked up on new equipment for our levels, turning in our old stuff. Then we all went back to our tent and had dinner, made by Austin, because we had permantly banned Connor from Cooking duty. After dinner we all went right to sleep, eager to start training tommorow.

That night I had another weird dream. I was training with connor, both of us struggling to beat the other down, when connor suddenly dissepeared when I was about to hit him, and I fell to the floor. In front of me appeared an old man that was very similar in looks to the keeper of the peace, but something about him was... different. It was just a feeling but this man who looked so much like the keeper was something completely different, for one thing his aura was sneakier but also a bit weaker in radiance than the keeper's.

“Hello, 'future paladin Caelin.' I have a Offer to make. I will give you the level 200 if you will give me your gold pass.” The mysterious old man said, then I realized that this must be the seer, and he must want our passes to stop the keeper from restoring balance.

“I would not give my Pass to you if I was tortured with 100 burning chains, seer!” I yelled.

``Then I shall force you to give it to me!`` The seer hissed and lunged at me.

At the last moment before I was going to be killed by the seer a staff came in and hit him aside. The keeper was standing there, with a staff with many mysterious runes carved into it.

I think there are some parts you have to edit. I do believe you said that the group was level 30 at the end of Chapter 5. However, I do think I read that it said the group was level 19 in CHAPTER 7. So yeah, just recheck it or something, I might have read it wrong.

So i did. oh well, they are way past level 30 now. besides chapter 5 was more of a filler chapter i wasn't trying at all when i wrote it so i forgot most of the stuff i wrote.
