Bandit Skills

Hey i got a question,

I have a lvl 47 bandit and im wondering if i should max dagger mastery before doing anything else?

Current Skills:

Dagger mastery 15
Dagger booster 6
Savage blow 30
Haste 1

Now is the dagger mastery at lvl 15 already 50% but the accuracy only 15.
When i max my mastery the accuracy will be 20 but my question is if that +5 accuracy really that big a deal?

But er. It's all a matter of preference.
I ranked Haste first simply because it's fun to bounce around and stuff...
Also I'm a sindit who ranked Lucky 7 instead of doublestab and I have some decent sin items, so the haste helps...

mastery is worth it, when you miss that last hit with savage, you know it could have been stopped with max mastery. Not to mention you slash looks cool after.
