Can anyone make a LEGENDS flash game?

Title says it all... but instead of only arans, evans and dual blades, you can add Demon slayers , mecredes , and cannon shooters I know demon slayers and cannon shooters aren't legends, but still, they'd be fun to play, right? Idk what the storyline would be, but it would be fun for a legend flash ...

2. fatal blow
3. blade fury (from chaos patch)
4. upper stab
5. flying assaulter
6. thorns
7. phantom blow (chaos patch)
