your 1st job build is fine but your 2nd is pretty horrible. I'm not lvl 70 yet so I can't say anything about 3rd job. you get 120 sp for 2nd job I suggest maxing fire pillar as soon as possible, then getting 11 booster. (11 gives you a boost of +2 and you really don't need to have it maxed this earl...
