well you should do monster carnivle pq theres all ways atleast one person willing to train you in cpq or you the ariant bandit quests cause they give like 10k exp per quest that wher i usaly trained my spearman and dit when they where around 30

Spearman are not that bad at 4th job.....
They aren't that much worse than heroes. They train just as fast, maybe faster with the time temple maps that came out.
