Ok....
Axes' atk is nearly 50% higher then swords
Maces and swords are evenening out now
as well as the fact that maces are slower but have higher dmg

i like naims but swords are better

@zaylo, maces are becoming practically even and there are one handed maces that are just as fast as swords. however there are also twohanded maces that are stronger but slower

i used to be a warrior but i guess i used a hammer and a cutlass(when i was lvl 40)

in real life sword cuts stuff in half and maces would probably smash stuff and axe would slice them but takes long time...... i choose sword

Swords are better than axes and maces.
If I made a fighter, I would use a sword.
Though, if I made a page, I would use a mace. Maces are MUCH cheaper and they aren't that much worse.

No a sword can't attack 5 times in the time a bw attacks 3 times. Where do you come up with these random statistics?
Axes ARE NOT fast, again where do you come up with these random facts?
A maple doom singer is NOT an axe, it IS a BW as seen in the screenshot.

Swords. Mainly since i'm a dawn warrior though. 2nd job advance is all about it.

I really like sword, especially medieval sword. It's an effective way as a self defense.

Well as I said earlier Sword and mace are pretty much even but if you are going through the paladin class you may as well use the swords because in the end there is a lvl 100 or so sword with better attack then the best 2h mace. I have decided that this is the ranking :D

honestly it desnt matter what the wep atk is, the range always differs with the weapon
if u were to use a lvl 20 bow and a 22 crossbow, the dmg range would be wider for the crossbow regardless of wep atk because the crossbow has a higher max and a lower min of dmg
Same regards for the warrior weapons
