BS = Bannedstory
PS = Photoshop
You can also try GIMP(Free, almost as good as photoshop).
Bannedstory 4 is awesome!

Or Gimp, it's pretty much as good as photoshop but free.

Basically just get a bunch of sprite sheets once you have them all open up MS Paint, and copy backgrounds to make panels, (try to crop the backgrounds to all be the same size) then once you have all your panels copy the characters onto one panel then add them to the next one...also you can edit some of your panels with Photoshop, I can teach you more or show you a tutorial on YouTube....GOOD LUCK!!
