Well since its taking forever to be approved on the main site I'ma just post it here
Based on the game Pandemic 2 and a post by a guy name orzo in this topic

its just the pixels, and why did the guy get a moustache? its noobish?
and i assume there will be a sequel?

The mustache was there in the beginning just too small to see. The jokes there if you played the game. You see in the game you're a virus trying to infect the world then kill it the problem is Madagascar was ridiculously hard to infect always shutting down their ports (sea ports) before you could reach them. There will be a maplestory version, and an alternate version with greenland.
