Help please with Maplesea!

Hey i got maplesea ready to go with my proxy and everything buuuuttt..... I dont think i can make a account (national ID) (eek)

is there anyone that would be kind enough to make one for me please? or help me make one? i would really be greatful for your help! (MS3)

you have to make an ID at nexon.net. plus, you are supposed to be on the global server. (skygar9-1)
