My way isn't really fast but it works for me.

Go to a place for a quest and keep killing monsters like u never killed be4 without any purpose and keep doing it for a few minutes (collect the drops) and when you open your inventory you get mesos more ( i did it and i was suprised , i was thinking , how long have i been here?

For grinding monsters to get money:
1-10: Anything in your range
10-30: Bosses
30-40: Mushroom kingdom outer wall monsters
40-60: Leprechauns
60-80: Windraiders, and monsters like that
80+: Bosses

For Pqs:
21-30: Kpq
31-35(allows up to lv 50): CPQ(Items if u get tokens)
35-50: Lpq

Mabye Crimson Wood PQ too

Quests(Some):
Pia and blue mushroom
Almost all Ludi quests(Scrolls, items)
Lost sack of mesos quests

to make some mesos get leather 15 for 1k each then make wg's sell for 100k each u make aboutr 80k proft
of quest
sell leeaches
buy nx
and loot

The maple anniversary is going on, just hunt down wild boars and green mushrooms, both are easy to kill and drop5-7 diff maple weapons, you could also hunt platoons for maple shield which will sell for around 30mil each in a while, since they have a whopping TEN SLOTS!!

On topic: u can actually sell nx(but its against the rules), uhh go for boss runs, pqs, and actually if u go monster carnival and get some maple coins, u can exchange for weapons and sell for a few 100ks

wasiest way is to get a special item from an event and keep it for like a couple weeks, then dependin on what it is, sell it for a decent amount of money(red roses are 7-8mil after feb. )

thats actually pretty smart- how much is a yellow rose now? ive kept it FOREVER!!

there was a box where u can get good stuff like chaos scroll dex scrolls and other good stuff (the events over though)

Selling/Buying NX for mesos is against the rules, yet you can sell/buy NX for non-nx-items via MTS lawl
