Thats for Alchemy. Alchemy is some thing that upgrades and levels up your weapons, I think it increases the stats on it.

Um it's a server maitnence thingy. Yeah its in MapleSEA, and KoreaMapleStory. China Maple Story is following GMS, so thats means CMS is getting it also, soon like us. GMS and CMS have all this stuff in the database, meaning all the maps, mobs, BGMs, items, all new stuff is already in the game; you just cant get to them because there's no possible way to obtain them. I can't wait for KoC :3
