It is actually very VERY simple. Just go to your stats + equips tab and remove your weapon. Once you have done that, click on your fairfrozen. You will have that item equipped.
The 42's stand for "You have to be level '42' to equip this item," or something close to it.

lvl 48 and the game is kinda soo easy and kinda boring
