You add a Jr to your family
right click someone and click add Jr
The person HAS to be at MOST 30 lvls lower then you i believe and they CANNOT be stronger then you
When they lvl up, do quest, and are online awile or training you gain rep
You can have up to 2 Jrs but, they can each have 2 Jrs also and you gain rep from everyone below you in the family tree
