Make some badges for people who have been a member for more than 2/3years( Veteran )

Persons who post most in certaain sections get ceretain badges( Chatty Kathy[Chat], Artist[Art], etc)

u know how many people would get badges than
i say a "veteran" should be about number of posts not, how long they were here
