Yes everyone needs to re-register if they'd like. I was unfortunately unable to export 13 thousand accounts over to phpBB's system.

That would be incredibly annoying, he'd have to sort through and nab certain accounts by hand.
Unless he has a 'Last post date' column, or compiles a function to search through and find the last post made by the user, then compare the date with another.

Pff, I offered to write a script that would automatically transfer the users from the one database to the new one, but nooooo... >.>

It took me a while to figure out that I had to re-register >.>
