Throws bottles with gasoline in them, and slashes them to put gasoline on his blades. They can then be ignited to cause explosions
Can turn objects into gold or silver
Can manipulate flame in any way
The Tachi is called Karin and his Wakizashi, Chirai.

Looks: his hair changes depending on who is looking, and to each person looks different. when he looks in a mirror he sees himself with blue hair that is relatively wavy and a cross of metro-catalyst. His eyes are Complete green in complete light, and Complete brown in Complete dark. otherwise, somewhere between. Always changing his look between three sets of clothing, red sweater, gold sweater, black sweater, blue shirt, black shirt, white shirt, and black jeans, a black gi bottom and a white gi bottom. I'm making a new fanfiction.

Name:Akiyo (means white world)
Age: unknown, around 18-21
Looks: He wears a top hat and his hair is long. Bangs and side bangs are monochrome (I don't know what the word is, but basicly it goes slowly from black to white strands, including greys and darker greys, etc.). His jacket looks like a mix between a tux and a casual cloak hanging from the bottom are numerous handcuffs. Also a red cross is etched and designed over his heart area (shows he's done something extremely heartless). Though it doesn't have coat tails the back of the coat flutters in the wind. Under this he wears a white shirt covered with blood splatters (his jacket is spotless). On his shoulder there is branded a symbol (you can play around with this). He wears dark black (as the night) baggy jeans. A gun chain hangs from the belt of his jeans (the belt is half black, half white and restrains his powers of balance, to release his powers of balance he just needs to splatter some of his own blood onto the belt).
Elements(s)(used for spell cards,max is 3): Balance (manipulates causes and effects, causality. whenever he uses it he tires quickly and loses his grasp on reality), Ice, Fire
Weapon:2 Hand guns (a unknown model) that can channel his magic, knifes can protrude from the hilt (hence gun-knife) and a double-edged katana (his reason is that there is no need to hit anyone with the back of his sword).
Abilities/Ect. & Weaknesses:
Controls casality
One hand gun can control the aspect of ice and one controls the aspects of fire
Snap of his fingers can cause his bullets to explode or freeze over
Low blood pressure (basicly he tires quickly and is prone to fainting)
Memories are fading
Sword Style is Shigure Souen Style or a sword style with similar forms (http://reborn.wikia.com/wiki/Shigure_Soen ignore the water/tides parts and the box weapons/animals)

kay well I'm bored, here is a second one:

Looks: Very simple looking to the casual eye, he looks however the person looking at him would perceive an average person. No one can seem to remember any Details about him except for people with extremely powerful magic. To himself, he looks like an average height person with black-brown hair and Brown Eyes. His outfit never changes in reality(but strangely does collect dirt or smells, and in reality a Bright Yellow robe with red flames designed around it.), but they aid his illusion, taking on whatever form the onlooker would expect of an average person.

Elements(s)(used for spell cards,max is 3): Yellow(Lightning), Red(Fire) and Perception(affects how people see him)
Weapon: He uses a sword that looks different to each beholder, but in reality is a giant, blood-red two handed, double edged sword. He has the ability to cause to sword to catch fire, or can send lightning through it, using it as a focus to aim his lightning with.
Abilities/Ect.:

High Metabolism (He consumes energy extremely fast and can eat tons of food with no negative effects (literally, tons), but this causes him to go into a energy storage mode, or deep sleep, if he runs out of energy)
Loner (No one can remember him, and animals avoid him, so he has no friends.)
He can shoot lightning using his blade as a focus, like the lightning shoots directly wherever he points his sword. (Starts with this range limited to 5 feet from the end of blade)
Doesn't know how to control his perception abilities, some event in the past that he does not remember caused him to erect the protective shell that causes noone to remember him.
