You have to finish all the quests and then go into the lightbulb at the 4th map, talk to the fat guy. next, talk to the fat guy before. next talk to the clown with the candy cane. next go into the clock at the 3rd map and talk to the machine. talk to the clown again and he'll bring you to the elevat...
